Kreuzberg California is operated by Kreuzberg California Inc. We are responsible for the information described in this policy.

Our online ordering, payments, gift card, rewards and text-message system is provided by Tony Knows Inc. (“Tony”), our service provider. Tony stores and processes this information for us, on our instructions, and does not use it for its own marketing. Text messages described below are sent by Kreuzberg California.

• Contact details — your name, mobile phone number and email address.
• Orders and payments — what you ordered, totals, tips, pickup or delivery details, and limited card details such as the card brand and last four digits. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
• Gift cards and rewards — your gift card balances, rewards points and the history of how you earned and used them.
• Your online account — sign-in is by one-time codes texted to your phone; we keep your profile and order history.
• Things you send us — catering and event inquiries, form submissions, feedback and job applications.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, plus cookies that keep you signed in.

• To take, prepare, deliver and refund your orders and process payments.
• To run your online account, gift cards and rewards.
• To send you the text messages and emails you asked for (see Text Messages below).
• To answer your questions, inquiries and applications.
• To prevent fraud, secure our systems and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

When you give us your mobile number — to sign in to your online account, add a gift card to your wallet, join rewards, place an order or join a waitlist — we use it to text you about that account and those purchases: sign-in codes, gift card and rewards updates, and order and waitlist updates. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages (Tony Knows Inc. and its messaging carrier, Amazon Web Services).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you or as required by law:

• Service providers — Tony Knows Inc. (ordering, payments, gift cards, rewards and texting), our payment processor, Amazon Web Services (text messages and email), and delivery partners when you order delivery.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our guests, staff or business.
• Business transfers — if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

We keep information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Information is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States and protected with encryption in transit and access controls.

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live (including California), you may have additional rights; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
